Photo Policy

Adult (18+) 
Worship Services and other events put on by Freedom House often involve photography, as well as audio and video recordings. The recordings may contain your voice. By attending these services and events, you are consenting to photographs and recordings as well as the distribution and any other use of the materials not prohibited by law. You agree that these materials are the property of Freedom House and may be used by Freedom House or its agents for promotional material.
Some people may choose not to have their photos used for promotional material; therefore, we provide a Media Opt-Out form for individuals to NOT have their photo distributed. 

Minors (under 18) 
All events with registration (Camps, overnighters, etc.) or initial program registration (youth group, kids Sunday morning programming, etc.) will give the parent or guardian the option, if they wish, to opt out of their child(s) photo being used for promotional material.
