Available Jobs

The Connections Director is the manager of the street to seat experience for people. They are in charge of creating teams that welcome people and help new people navigate Freedom House as a whole. This role also works with the discipleship team to manage next steps including baptism, saying "yes" to Jesus, and getting connected!

The Director of Operations is a senior leader responsible for stewarding the operational health of Freedom House. This role provides leadership across administrative, financial, systems, HR, facilities, and legal functions to ensure the church operates with excellence, integrity, and sustainability.

The Facilities Manager provides hands-on leadership and oversight of the week to week mangemnet of our office/ space during the week and the load-in and out operations on Sundays at our worship locations. This role ensures that our environments reflect excellence, safety, and readiness for ministry.
